Beta terms

CarbonOffice is currently provided as a private beta testing platform.

Product in testing

The product is still being tested and improved. Features, workflows, styling, pricing, and data structures may change during the beta.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but beta access is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The service may be updated, paused, or unavailable while issues are fixed or improvements are deployed.

Data handling

You may use the beta with real or realistic business data, but you should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information. Data will be handled as described in the privacy policy and used to operate, support, secure, and improve the beta.

Support expectations

Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis during beta. Response times are not guaranteed, but tester feedback and issue reports are important and will help shape the product.

Tester access

Access is invite-only unless otherwise stated. Accounts or invite links may be revoked if needed to protect the service, manage the beta, or prevent misuse.
